About the Role
This is one of the most important roles in Nova's growth strategy. As Expansion Lead, you will own the end-to-end delivery of Nova's new growth initiatives — from market entry in new countries to launching new revenue streams on existing markets.
You will act as the project leader for every new launch. That means making sure every part of the organisation — marketing, people, finance, clinical, and operations — delivers what they need to, on time, so we go live and succeed. You won't just coordinate from a distance. You'll get your hands dirty and do what needs to be done to move things forward.
Beyond execution, you will play a strategic role: conducting market analyses, identifying opportunities, and recommending which initiatives Nova should prioritise next. New geographies. New care verticals such as aftercare. New brands. Yo
