What you’ll do
As a Media Coordinator, you’ll support the planning, coordination and execution of media activities across markets. You’ll play a key role in ensuring media plans are aligned, up to date and ready for execution, while acting as a central point of coordination between teams and partners.
→ coordinate input to the annual media strategy, quarterly media plans and content briefs from channel leads and media partners
→ consolidate budgets, timelines and key milestones across media activities
→ support major campaign tentpoles, ensuring media plans are aligned, current and execution‑ready
→ lead media planning coordination together with sales markets and media agencies
→ act as a central coordination point with media strategy and planning leads to support integrated media planning
→ manage operational follow‑up, including campaign follow‑up with agencies and consolidation of media and content inputs
→ support administrative tasks related to media operations, such as user access management to media platforms
→ support onboarding of agencies and off‑boarding processes
→ maintain, implement and ensure adherence to media taxonomy

Who you are

→ a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or a related field
→ experience in media coordination, marketing operations or campaign coordination
→ strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple inputs, timelines and stakeholders
→ a good understanding of media planning processes and campaign timelines
