About the Role This is a broad and influential HR role where you turn business priorities into practical people strategies for Sweden and an international business line. You will work close to leaders, global HR teams, unions, and support functions to create the right conditions for performance, capability development, and a strong employee experience. You will combine strategic perspective with hands-on delivery across the full HR spectrum. That includes organizational development, talent and succession planning, annual HR processes, employee relations, and local implementation of global frameworks and policies. The environment is collaborative and complex, with clear focus on Swedish labor law, union dialogue, and change.
