Do you want to work with electrical design throughout the entire lifecycle of complex industrial machines, from concept and detailed engineering to commissioning at customer sites?
As an Electrical Designer, you will be responsible for the electrical design of tissue machines, including development of electrical schematics, component selection, system dimensioning, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements. You will collaborate closely with mechanical, automation, and project teams to ensure that the electrical systems are fully integrated into the overall machine solution.
The role also includes supporting manufacturing, installation, and commissioning, including occasional travel to customer sites, ensuring that the electrical design performs as intended in the final installation.
Your responsibilities
You design electrical systems according to sales specifications, internal guidelines, and product requirements, ensuring high‑quality, safe, and compliant engineering.
You prepare technical documentation for manufacturing, customer delivery, installation, safety, testing, and manuals, and work closely with multiple disciplines to deliver accurate and complete project materials.
You provide technical support during purchasing and perform equipment testing both in the workshop and at customer sites, giving you the opportunity to follow your designs into real‑world operation.
You participate in R&D activities, contributing to new technologies and improved engineering solutions as part of our continuous improvement efforts.
You ensure that all designs meet required safety classifications, including machine safety, and you manage budget and timelines within your assigned projects.
Expectations for you
