About the Assignment
We are currently looking for a motivated and technically driven Software Engineer Associate to join an ongoing Windchill/PLM environment within a large-scale industrial and engineering organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior-to-associate level consultant with a strong Java background who wants to grow within enterprise software, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and digital engineering systems.
You will work closely with experienced teams supporting and developing solutions around Windchill and related enterprise applications in a collaborative technical environment.
Responsibilities
- Support development and maintenance activities within the Windchill PLM platform
- Work with Java-based backend components and enterprise integrations
- Assist with configuration, customization, and support of PLM-related solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and business teams
- Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and issue resolution
- Support documentation and technical analysis activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement and modernization initiatives
- Required Skills
- Good understanding of Java development
- Basic understanding of software engineering principles
- Strong willingness to learn enterprise PLM/Windchill environments
- Good communication skills in English
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

- Experience or exposure to Windchill or other PLM systems
- Knowledge of enterprise application environments
- Understanding of backend systems and integrations
- Experience with SQL, APIs, or Java frameworks
- Industrial, manufacturing, or engineering domain exposure
