Beneq is looking for a Total Product Support Engineer to join our Semiconductor ALD Business Unit in a global role supporting semiconductor customers worldwide.

In this role, you’ll become one of Beneq’s key technical experts, helping customers and field teams solve challenging equipment and process issues while driving continuous product improvement together with R&D and Product Management.

This is a highly visible role combining hands-on troubleshooting, customer interaction, and product development collaboration. You’ll work closely with cutting-edge ALD technology, international customers, and multidisciplinary teams - making a direct impact on product performance and customer success globally.

Responsibilities

  • As a Total Product Support Engineer, you will support Beneq’s Semiconductor ALD products throughout their lifecycle - from field issue resolution to continuous product improvement and future product development support.
  • You’ll work closely with customers, Field Service Teams, Product Management, R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing to ensure our products deliver high performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction worldwide.
  • This role combines technical expertise, analytical problem-solving, and customer collaboration in an international environment. The position includes global travel to customer sites and Beneq locations.
  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Act as a technical expert supporting customers, field service engineers, and internal teams
  • Diagnose and resolve complex equipment and process-related issues remotely and on-site
  • Lead and support root cause analysis and product reliability improvement activities
  • Collect and analyze customer and field fee
