We are looking for passionate Aurora Guides to join our team for the upcoming winter season. As an Aurora Guide, you are not only leading tours, you are creating memories that guests will carry with them for the rest of their lives.

StayLapland is a family-owned company based in Rovaniemi, offering high-quality winter activities and accommodation services for travelers. Our locations include Kuoksa Wilderness Park, a private activity park located in the heart of nature; Postmaster Hotel, a historic post office building renovated with respect for tradition and modern comfort; and Aurora Hill Resort, which provides accommodation and experiences in the stunning landscapes of Ollerovaara.

What the job includes:

Guiding Northern Lights tours

Following weather and Aurora forecasts

Working outdoors in Arctic winter conditions

Driving guests safely in winter conditions

Creating memorable experiences for international guests

Capturing photos of guests

Sharing stories about Lapland, nature and local life

Adapting plans to changing weather and Aurora conditions

Turning nature experiences into unforgettable memories

What we hope from you:

Positive, reliable and proactive attitude with strong teamwork skills

Ability to work independently and take responsibility, with a strong guest-first mindset

Strong focus on safety and responsibility for guest well-being in all situations

Flexibility to adapt to changing weather, Aurora conditions and unexpected events

Comfort working in cold, dark and physically demanding Arctic winter conditions

Problem-solving mindset and ability to make responsible decisions in the field

Interest in Lapland’s nature and culture

Clear communication skills in English

Valid Category B driving license and confidence driving in winter conditions (manual and automatic)

Photography skills and previous experience in similar roles are considered an advantage
