The

CEE-BA Leadership Trainee Program

at AstraZeneca is

two year accelerated leadership development opportunity

for early in career leaders that want to boost their career in commercial teams. This is great opportunity to raise your professional and leadership skills in one of the most innovative global biotechnology companies. Within two years program you will be joining different teams (such as marketing, sales, medical and market access) to build up your experience, strategic thinking, teamwork and ability to work in fast pace environment. Who are we looking for:

University Graduates

with

max 3 years of professional experience

in marketing, sales, medical or market access teams (preferable in pharma, medical devices or FMCG). International experience would be a plus

Higher education in life sciences

(pharmaceutical, medical, paramedical, chemistry, biology, microbiology...)

Growth mindset, willingness to take on new challenges and contribute your own unique ideas and skills, and ability to learn quickly

Curiosity, proactivity, problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Focus on development and ability to collaborate across various teams

Excellent communication skills including fluency in English

Driving license and ability to use MS Office (especially Excel, Power Point)

Hungarian

language native/proficient speaker
