We are looking for an Operations Support Coordinator for our client Nebius DC. The role will support Nebius' European operations through administrative coordination, documentation management, accounting-related support, and other day-to-day operational administration tasks.
The position is full-time, with working hours from 8 to 16 on weekdays. Your primary office will be located in Mäntsälä, but you will also have the opportunity to work remotely for part of the week.
The starting date is flexible, but we hope you are available to begin as soon as possible. The employment is initially fixed term for six months and will be contracted through Barona. There is a possibility of extension, and we hope you are interested in a long-term commitment.
What we hope from you:You are a reliable and well-organized team player with prior experience in office environments and/or working within an international company
You have solid IT skills, including proficiency with Office applications
You have fluent spoken and written English, as English is the working language - Finnish language skills are considered a plus but not mandatory
You have an interest in technology and are motivated to develop your skills further
