Responsibilities
- Main tasks in this role is to act as a Field Service Engineer (FSE) in Finland and Nordic in working in large data center projects as UPS systems commissioning engineer. You provide a first class commissioning service as a part of the project and commissioning teams. You are professional electrician, good team player and you like technical challenges.
- You will work also in other Nordic countries as needed, travelling time to Nordic level is 25%. Responsible for overseeing Data center commissioning, on behalf of Eaton Field Service in local service unit & as well as within the cluster level, if required.
- Provide the highest level of technical expertise in all Data Center commissioning activities.
- Support and train Local Field Service Engineers in such activities.
- Onboard, coach and mentor new Field Service Engineers that join Eaton.
- Manage key account technical escalations providing support including site visits, to engineers and customers alike, drive escalations to conclusion and provide feedback where necessary.
- Work closely with Project Managers, advising on commissioning considerations and assisting on selection of suitable engineers, carry out site visits as required.
- Assist Project Management Organization with support of high profile clients, providing technical advice and attending site visits as required.
