We are looking for experienced professionals to join our complex project environment in permanent full-time positions across Finland. You will be working on demanding construction and critical infrastructure projects. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering projects from design to commissioning, with responsibility for schedule, cost, quality, safety, and excellent project delivery to the customer. To succeed in this role, you have:
A relevant technical degree
At least 5 years of experience in the contracting industry and in demanding project management or site management roles
Experience in large-scale construction, data center, or other critical infrastructure projects
Strong expertise in managing complex systems (availability, redundancy, quality, safety)
Solid project management and/or site management skills: risk management, change management, financial control, contract management, resourcing, and leadership skills
The ability to work independently and take full accountability for the project delivery
Knowledge of Finnish regulations and compliance for the relevant technical field
Fluent English and Finnish language skills
The ability to perform in a fast-paced and high-pressure project environment to help us succeed with the customer
We particularly value:

Strong leadership and decision-making skills
