Data Tools & Technical Skills

Required Technical Skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word (PivotTables, formulas, Power Query, charts)

Strong data interpretation, reporting, and analytical problem-solving skills

Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources

Advanced / Preferred Technical Skills

Data visualization and automation tools (PowerBI)

SQL and experience with databases (e.g., MSSQL, Toad, SAS)

Python for data formatting and manipulation

VBA macro development or enhancement

Experience writing and reviewing code logic

Required Technical Skills

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word (PivotTables, formulas, Power Query, charts)

Data visualization and automation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Power Automate)

SQL knowledge and experience with multiple coding languages

Experience with MSSQL, Toad, and SAS

Python for data formatting and manipulation

VBA macro development and enhancement

Ability to generate actionable data insights

Experience writing code logic

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting BLQA testing, Shared Services, or similar operational environments

Experience with independent data validation, code reviews or quality assurance processes

Leadership & Soft Skills

Flexible working arrangement:

2 days weekly availability for collaboration with US‑based teams (10–6 PM Polish time).

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
