Job Description
The Automated Cash Management team is hiring a Custody Operations Specialist 3 responsible for placing and confirming open‑ended mutual fund and money market trades on behalf of supported business lines and their clients. This role requires timely and effective communication with trust administration, investment officers, trade services, and other internal partners, as needed. The specialist will also establish and maintain strong working relationships with mutual fund representatives and service providers.
Basic Qualifications
Three years or more of related experience

Bachelor's degree
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn custody operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services, for assigned area(s)
Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment

Exhibits analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
Exhibits customer relation skills, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of regulatory and accounting principles which directly affect Wealth, Corporate, Commercial, and Institutional Banking business lines and clients
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, preferably Excel
Location Expectations
