About the Role
We are looking for a
Business Development Manager
to manage and develop a defined specialist line of business with an allocated vendor portfolio.
The role focuses on partner engagement, key account development, and driving market growth within the IT channel.
What You’ll Do
Manage and develop a portfolio of small to mid-sized customer accounts
Drive new business acquisition and expand existing accounts
Increase customer loyalty and account profitability
Grow TD SYNNEX share of wallet with assigned vendor(s)
Translate vendor objectives into actionable business plans
Manage pipeline development, forecasting, and large deal engagement
Negotiate commercial conditions, including deals and rebates
Strengthen vendor presence internally and externally
Collaborate closely with Sales, FSE, Marketing, and Vendor teams
Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in IT business development, sales, or product marketing
Experience working with partners and B2B customers
Strong orientation towards solution and services selling
Proven experience in account and portfolio development
Confident negotiator with good commercial awareness
High energy, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Good organisational skills and working knowledge of Excel
Fluent Polish and English
