About the role We're looking for a Customer Due Diligence Senior Associate to join our Team at Pleo. In this role, you’ll support the onboarding and ongoing due diligence of businesses across all risk levels and you’ll play a key role in improving our internal processes and workflows by identifying gaps and areas for enhancement within our systems. Who you’ll be working with and reporting to You’ll report to our Customer Due Diligence Team Manager and work closely with teams across Transaction Surveillance, KYC Support, and Fraud. Our Financial Crime Operations function consists of 74 highly collaborative individuals who are dedicated to protecting the business and delivering a strong customer experience. You’ll also have the opportunity to partner with teams across 2LoD, Sales, and Customer Support to help drive successful outcomes. What you’ll be doing As a Customer Due Diligence Senior Associate, you will: Play a key role in the onboarding of new customers, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and controls across all risk levels. Play a key role in the ongoing due diligence and periodic review of existing customers, ensuring continued compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and controls across all risk levels. Identify and provide feedback on gaps within our internal controls to help foster an environment of continuous improvement. Support a collaborative working environment by engaging with fellow team members and key stakeholders across the business. Mentor team members to ensure growth and knowledge sharing across Customer Due Diligence.
