Job DescriptionYou will manage Hypercare activities and coordinate the collaboration between the project team and IT Maintenance. You will develop and drive communication plans that keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and aligned on objectives, impacts, and expected benefits. You will assess how change affects business processes, roles, and responsibilities, and help define actions that reduce resistance and support adoption. You will coordinate training initiatives so that teams gain the knowledge and skills needed to work effectively in the new environment. You will analyze current and future business processes, facilitate workshops, and support process alignment with project goals. You will lead readiness assessments, identify gaps, and work with project and business teams to establish action plans. You will proactively manage risks and issues related to business
