About the Role You will play a key role in helping a complex organization turn major projects and transformations into lasting business results. The focus is not only on delivery, but on making sure new processes, technologies, and ways of working are understood, adopted, and sustained across the business. In this role, you bridge project teams and business stakeholders, creating structure, clarity, and readiness throughout the change journey. You work close to sponsors, leaders, end users, and support functions to make transition and handover work in practice. Job DescriptionYou will manage Hypercare activities and coordinate the collaboration between the project team and IT Maintenance. You will develop and drive communication plans that keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and aligned on objectives, impacts, and expected benefits. You will assess how change affects business processes, roles, and responsibilities, and help define actions that reduce resistance and support adoption. You will coordinate training initiatives so that teams gain the knowledge and skills needed to work effectively in the new environment. You will analyze current and future business processes, facilitate workshops, and support process alignment with project goals. You will lead readiness assessments, identify gaps, and work with project and business teams to establish action plans. You will proactively manage risks and issues related to business
