About this role
We are now looking for a Process Engineer to join our team to lead advanced process development and industrialization in a high-tech automated manufacturing environment.
This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong project ownership and the ability to drive measurable process.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end process development from concept to industrialization
- Translate product requirements into robust manufacturing solutions
- Own FAT / SAT and process commissioning
- Drive process capability targets (Cm, Cmk, Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk)
- Lead PFMEA and risk mitigation strategies
- Define critical process parameters & implement SPC controls
- Execute advanced DOE to optimize KPIs
- Mentor junior engineers and support cross-functional teams
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean & Six Sigma
