Responsibilities

  • The showroom associate is responsible for providing professional advice and support, as well as actively selling commercial kitchen equipment and accessories. The goal of this position is to contribute to increased sales, customer satisfaction, and long-term customer loyalty through expert customer service, high-quality service, and an appealing product display.
  • Sales & Customer Service (Focus):Advising customers before, during, and after their purchase
  • Proactively selling products and accessories across all product categories
  • Preparing quotes, processing orders, and handling customer complaints
  • Customer Engagement & Service:Proactively engaging with customers in the showroom
  • Responding to customer inquiries by phone and in writing (B2B)
  • Product Presentation & Point of Sale:Assisting with the presentation and maintenance of the point of sale
  • Ensuring an inviting shopping atmosphere in the showroom
  • Operational tasks in sales:Organizing and coordinating day-to-day operations within the sales team
  • Quality assuranceEnsuring compliance with processes, service, and quality standards in customer interactions
  • Interdepartmental communication:Collaborating with purchasing, logistics, accounting, IT, and other internal departments
  • Process optimization:Identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement in operational areas

Requirements

  • Education: Completed vocational training (or 4 years of relevant experience), commercial training or degree (business administration, sales)
  • Experience: Several years of professional experience in sales/B2B environment
  • IT skills: MS Office (especially
