We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist (HRS) at Drives division in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki. In this role, you will help create great HR experience for our Drives employees by supporting managers and employees in their everyday HR topics in a professional and friendly way. This is a fixed term position until March 30, 2027 due to organizational changes. We hope that you'd be able to start early August.

As an on‑site HR Specialist, you will support our managers, employees, and other stakeholders, helping to resolve questions, guide HR‑related processes, and support day‑to‑day HR activities. You'll be a trusted point of contact, supporting topics such as talent attraction, training coordination, payroll and benefits questions, and general HR guidance and issue resolution. You'll work closely with the Drives HR team colleagues, HR Services, and other ABB HR functions to ensure smooth and consistent HR support across the organization.
