About this role

Do you have a passion for both people as well as numbers? We are currently looking for a Head of C&B, who is responsible for defining and implementing the global compensation and benefits strategy. The role ensures competitive, fair and performance-oriented reward programs, oversees global governance, leads the annual compensation cycle, and acts as key advisor to senior management, the Executive Board and the Remuneration Committee. The position additionally serves as Business Owner for Workday HRIS modules related to reward and plays a strategic role in HR digitalization and process optimization.

What would your role be?

Strategic Reward Leadership

develop and manage the global compensation and benefits strategy, govern global compensation frameworks, ensure alignment of reward philosophy with talent management, succession planning and performance management

Compensation Cycle & Executive Governance

lead the annual global compensation cycle, prepare remuneration materials for senior management, Executive Board and Remuneration Committee

Regulatory Compliance & Reporting

ensure compliance with regulatory standards and draft Compensation Report

Analytics, Benchmarking & Budget Management

manage compensation and benefits budgets, conduct global market benchmarking, analytics and workforce cost modelling, deliver KPI-based reporting for business and HR stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

advise senior leaders, other internal stakeholders and external partners / consultants

HR Technology

serve as Business Owner for Workday, drive continuous optimization, standardization, etc.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

lead and develop the C&B, Global Mobility and Payroll teams, foster a culture of performance and collaboration

What are we looking for?

10+ years of progressive, deep experience in compensation & benefits

Experience in listed companies & global environment preferred

Proven experience managing executive compensation & regulatory frameworks

Strong leadership & interpersonal skills

Outstanding analytical & strategic competences

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

University degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
