Purchasing Specialist

What you’ll do:

As a Purchasing Specialist, you`ll be handling operational activities (purchase requisitions validation, purchase order changes, contract coordination, catalogues implementation and follow-up, resolving tickets related to purchasing area, etc.).

In addition, you will closely collaborate with sourcing managers, accounts payable team, and other departments to ensure seamless and smooth operations.

You will be solving complex issues as well as driving continuous improvements to simplify daily processes.

We expect you to be an expert in sourcing operations area and act as support to our colleagues across Nordic countries in relevant field.

Who we`re looking for

To excel in the Purchasing Specialist role, you need to be an analytical thinker, have very high attention to details and preferably have previous experience in the field (purchasing or sourcing operations).

Strong communication and fluent English skills, both written and spoken, are also crucial to master effective cross-country collaboration.

We value a service-oriented team player who would consistently deliver business results on time and with high quality.

Previous experience with Coupa system would be considered as an advantage.

Proactive and innovative mindset toward driving and supporting process improvements are also key qualities for success in this role.

Familiarity with SAP would be an advantage.
