About the role
We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to drive the execution and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels. In this role, you’ll work with a cross-functional team to deliver results for our clients, using your expertise in paid media and data analysis to support growth.
This is a 12-month parental leave cover, with the possibility to extend into a permanent role.
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will manage campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and more. You’ll be responsible for performance, budgets and insights – from strategy and setup to continuous optimisation and reporting.
What you’ll do
Plan, build and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
Handle audience targeting, keyword research, bidding and budgets to maximise ROI and reach business objectives
Continuously monitor, analyse and optimise campaigns, using tools like GA4 to understand user behaviour, funnel performance and conversion paths
Run A/B tests to improve conversion rates and overall performance
Work closely with content, design and marketing to create campaigns and ensure that ads and landing pages are aligned with the customer journey
We believe you have
Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager (around 3–4 years’ professional experience)
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, draw insights and turn them into concrete actions
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and email/marketing automation platforms
Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
