Responsibilities

  • We're looking for a Scrum Master Chapter Leader to guide Agile transformation within ABB's Smart Power Division. In this key position, you'll oversee the rollout and adoption of Agile practices, building a culture of ongoing improvement and data-informed decision-making. As part of the Power Distribution Alliance, you will lead Scrum Masters in the "Distribution & Energy Management" and "Protection & Switching" agile units, working alongside two Agile Unit Leads and an Alliance Agile Coach to deliver high-quality results.
  • Preferred locations:Italy (Bergamo), Finland (Vaasa), or any other location within the EU time zone
  • The work model for the role is: hybrid
  • This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power globally.
  • Your responsibilities
  • Lead the growth of your Scrum Master Chapter with a reporting line of Scrum Masters, dedicating at least 50% of your time to chapter development, while supporting your own Scrum team for the remaining capacity
  • Build and leverage effective alliances across other teams' technical and business communities to strengthen collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Actively guide Scrum teams on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers
  • Coach, inspire, and mentor teams and promote positive team dynamics to ensure members collaborate effectively within the team and with other teams, to manage risks and dependencies
  • Get Scrum Teams to an effective level by recognizing areas of capability and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques
