AI Development Productivity Consultant, Financial Services

CGI is looking for a hands-on AI Development Productivity Consultant to improve software delivery performance within financial services. The focus is practical: embedding AI tools and Azure-based solutions directly into the SDLC to increase speed, quality, and transparency from requirements through UAT.

This role combines technical execution, workflow redesign, and team coaching. You will work closely with developers, testers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to modernize delivery using AI-powered tooling such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Azure AI services. In this role, you will also:

Improve end-to-end delivery flow from requirements and design through development, testing, and UAT.

Integrate AI tools into Azure DevOps / GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines.

Do hands-on Development & Automation.

Build practical accelerators (prompt libraries, automation scripts, workflow templates).

Develop Azure-based AI solutions (e.g., RAG for legacy documentation, codebase understanding).

Support legacy system documentation and modernization using AI.

Ensure secure and compliant AI usage in regulated environments.

Coach delivery teams on AI-augmented development practices.

Run working sessions and hands-on enablement workshops.

Define measurable productivity improvements and adoption metrics.

Support enterprise AI rollout with practical governance guardrails.
