Book Lapland is looking for passionate and energetic Aurora Guides & Arctic Guides for the upcoming winter season in Rovaniemi, Finnish Lapland.
This is not a basic tourism job.
You will work in one of the most internationally visited winter destinations in the world, guiding guests through unforgettable Arctic experiences under the Northern Lights.
We are looking for people who can create atmosphere, handle responsibility, solve problems under pressure, and deliver high-level customer experiences in rapidly changing Arctic conditions.
Your role may include:
Northern Lights tours
Arctic day tours and outdoor experiences
Driving guests in Arctic conditions
Storytelling and customer hosting
Photography during tours
Customer service and guest communication
Assisting with tour operations and logistics
Creating memorable premium travel experiences
What we expect:
Positive and proactive attitude
Good social and communication skills
Ability to work evenings and night shifts
Strong stress tolerance and flexibility
Fluent English skills
Driving license (B) preferred
Previous guiding, tourism or customer service experience is a plus — but mindset matters more than CV
