Creative Operations Lead (Marketing)

Remedy Entertainment, the creator of Control®, Max Payne®, Alan Wake®, and one of the leading independent game studios in the world, is looking for a Creative Operations Lead for our growing self-publishing team.

To take on the new role of Creative Operations Lead, Remedy is looking for a skilled and dedicated professional. In this role, you operate at the intersection of marketing, publishing, and creative. You collaborate closely with senior members of the publishing team to drive creative operations across marketing campaigns and internal initiatives. With marketing priorities and creative direction defined, you will translate requests into clear creative solutions. You do this by structured processes, aligning stakeholders and elevating the quality of execution across teams.

You will lead our Creative Services unit while bringing clarity, structure, support and momentum to marketing workstreams. Ultimately, this role ensures that strong visions don't get stuck in ambiguity, and that our campaigns are delivered with focus, consistency, and impact.

We are a small, ambitious self-publishing team, who develops our ways of working as we go. Creative Services is a close-knit group, meaning this role combines leadership with hands-on involvement.
