Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Designs, develops, and optimizes AI prompts and workflows that drive autonomous process orchestration across assigned portfolios.
  • Ensures accuracy, consistency, and quality of AI-generated outcomes in support of internal operations.
  • Partners with Technology, Quality Control, and Operational teams to continuously refine AI models, measure performance, and scale throughput.
  • Oversees prompt governance, version control, and documentation to ensure compliance with card scheme rules and internal operating procedures within area of responsibility.
  • Participates in the design and improvement of AI-driven operational systems and procedures relevant to the Back Office Operations function.

Requirements

  • Past experience in Complaints, Collections, Fraud, or Disputes
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate or any other AI workflow and agentic environment
  • Demonstrated experience in Prompt Engineering — designing, testing, and optimising prompts for large language models in a professional or project context
  • Good verbal and written English language skills
  • Location expectations
  • This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
