About this role

What will you be doing?

As a Commissioning Engineer, you will be involved in commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical and control systems both in the workshop and on board vessels.

Your responsibilities include:

Performing commissioning, inspection, system startup, and functional testing according to project requirements.

Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues related to electrical and automation systems and providing corrective solutions.

Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and project teams during installation and commissioning activities.

Preparing commissioning reports, test records, and technical documentation.

Supporting maintenance and operational activities for marine electrical systems when required.

Who are you?

We are looking for a committed and reliable candidate who is eager to grow with the company in a professional maritime engineering environment.

You bring:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Automation, Marine Engineering, or related fields.

Experience in shipbuilding, marine electrical systems operation, and PLC/Automation is an advantage.

Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and technical documents.

Good English communication skills.

Willingness to travel domestically and overseas for projects.

Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Good health and long-term working commitment.
