We are seeking a proactive, Initiative-Driven Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between raw data and strategic sourcing. You will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, building robust cost models, and tracking supplier performance.
The ideal candidate loves digging into data, creating intuitive dashboards, and autonomously finding ways to optimize our supplier relationships and cost structures.
Responsibilities
- Data Visualization: Design, build, and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards to track key supplier metrics, costs, and procurement KPIs.
- Financial & Cost Modeling: Utilize Advanced Excel to manage data, build predictive cost models, and perform deep-dive cost analytics.
- Supplier Analytics: Analyze supplier performance data and pricing structures to support negotiations and data-driven decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify inefficiencies in current data collection or supplier management processes and implement solutions.
- Cross-Functional Support: Present data findings and insights clearly to stakeholders and sourcing managers to guide strategic business choices.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Data Analytics Expertise: Proven hands-on experience using Power BI tools to build reports, model data, and create user-friendly dashboards.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Mastery of Excel (including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and complex formulas) for data manipulation and financial modeling.
- Core Competency: Initiative-Driven mindset. You don't just wait for instructions—you actively look for patterns in data, anticipate business needs, and solve problems independently.
- Strong analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail.
