About the Role

We are looking for a

Microsoft Business Unit Manager

to lead and develop our Microsoft business in the Romanian market.

In this role, you will be responsible for

driving revenue growth

partner relationships

to grow market share and deliver strong commercial results.

Microsoft ecosystem knowledge

, team management experience, and a proven track record in B2B channel sales.

What You’ll Do

Sales Leadership & Team Management:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals within the Microsoft business unit

Create a motivating and high-performance team environment through regular coaching, feedback, and development plans

Set objectives and financial targets while monitoring team performance and KPIs

Ensure effective customer coverage and account ownership across the team

Demonstrate role-model leadership aligned with TD SYNNEX values

Business Development & Channel Growth:

Build and execute go-to-market strategies for the Microsoft business

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Romanian market

Drive growth through resellers, distributors, and system integrators

Develop strategic relationships with partners and key customers

Maximise revenue, profitability, and partner account potential

Partner & Customer Engagement

Build long-term relationships with key business partners and stakeholders

Participate in customer and partner meetings to support commercial execution

Support account planning and business reviews with partners

Promote Microsoft-related solutions and value propositions across the channel ecosystem

Commercial & Strategic Execution

Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting

Monitor sales performance, revenue, and margin achievement

Support pricing strategies, account planning, and commercial negotiations

Work proactively with vendors and internal business units to identify incremental opportunities

Internal Collaboration

Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Credit, and Reporting teams

Support cross-functional initiatives and sales activities

Ensure effective use of internal sales tools and processes

Maintain accurate records and reporting within internal systems

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a Sales Manager, Team Lead, or Senior Sales role
  • Strong Microsoft ecosystem knowledge
