TransferGo is a growing fintech scale-up on a mission to champion financial freedom with care. We strive to provide tailored, more affordable financial services that make people's hard-earned money go further. Now in our 14th year, with close to 400 employees in offices across Europe and the UK, we’re crafting a brilliant, relevant product that makes a difference in people's lives and the well-being of their families.
We’ve come this far by building a talented, diverse workforce on a fair culture and our strong values. Having this strong team of employees, we can serve those who really need our product to make their lives better.
Why TransferGo
We exist for people in between places — migrants, expats, students, returning families, seasonal professionals — people building a life abroad while continuing to support life back home.
For over a decade, TransferGo has built financial products for that reality: cross-border transfers, multi-currency accounts, card products, newcomer banking, and a growing B2B offering across 16+ markets and millions of international transfers. Today, we’re evolving beyond remittance into a broader financial platform built around how our customers actually live: across borders, currencies and communities.
Our core growth markets span Ukrainian and Turkish diaspora corridors, CEE, CIS and other international communities — each with different customer behaviours, economics and growth challenges.
We’re entering the next phase of growth: scaling acquisition, expanding into new product areas, and building faster, smarter ways of operating across Growth.
What you’ll own
You’ll own Influencer and Affiliate as performance-led acquisition channels, reporting to the Director of Acquisition and working closely with Brand, Paid Acquisition, CRM, Data and regional growth leads.
This is not an awareness-only influencer role. We’re looking for someone who knows how to build partner channels that drive measurable acquisition, with clear economics, attribution and repeatable growth systems.
You’ll be accountable for:
Influencer and affiliate strategy across diaspora-driven and international markets
Building a performance-first partner portfolio: creators, ambassadors, affiliates, publishers and strategic partners
Designing partner economics: preferably CPA-based deals, hybrid flat-fee + CPA structures, and other models tied to measurable outcomes
Owning CAC, payback, partner-driven LTV and contribution to acquisition mix
Building and managing affiliate infrastructure, including networks, tracking, reporting and partner operations — with tools available to support scaling
Running structured tests across partner types, payout models, creator segments, content formats and market strategies
Identifying and growing high-performing partners into long-term, compounding acquisition assets
Improving attribution and measurement in an app-heavy, multi-market environment
Partnering with Brand on content quality, Paid Acquisition on channel mix, CRM on referral and lifecycle opportunities, and Data on tracking and performance reads
Using AI where useful for partner discovery, outreach, content review, reporting and operational leverage
Building the playbook for scaling influencer and affiliate channels across new markets
What success looks like
Influencer and affiliate become meaningful, measurable contributors to acquisition
Partner economics improve, with clearer CAC, payback and LTV visibility
More deals shift toward performance-based or hybrid performance-linked structures
The channel moves away from one-off awareness campaigns and toward repeatable partner growth systems
Affiliate infrastructure, tracking and reporting become cleaner and easier to scale
The partner portfolio becomes more strategic: fewer low-impact one-offs, more partners that compound over time
What we’re looking for
5+ years in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships or performance partnerships
Clear experience building partner channels that drive measurable acquisition, not just reach or engagement
Strong understanding of partner economics: CPA, hybrid deals, flat fees, attribution windows, CAC, LTV and payback
Experience negotiating CPA-based or hybrid flat-fee + performance-based partnerships
Experience with affiliate networks, tracking platforms, partner tools or similar infrastructure
Strong analytical mindset — comfortable reading performance data and making scale / kill decisions
Experience working across multiple markets, languages or customer segments
Strong negotiation skills across creators, agencies, affiliates, publishers and strategic partners
Practical understanding of how AI can improve discovery, outreach, content workflows and reporting
Comfortable operating with high autonomy and building structure where it doesn’t yet exist
Strong collaboration across Brand, Acquisition, CRM, Product and Data
