Your crew

The roll plays a key role in financial controlling of production operations, with a strong focus on standard cost calculation, cost accuracy, and production performance analysis. The role ensures that product costs are correctly defined, maintained, and analyzed, supporting profitability, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making in manufacturing.

Your mission

Calculate, maintain, and update standard costs for products, including material, labor, and overhead.

Ensure accuracy of BOMs, routings, and cost rates in the ERP system.

Perform and analyze standard vs. actual cost variances (material, labor, overhead, scrap, efficiency).

Support annual and ad-hoc cost roll-ups and revaluations.

Drive continuous improvements in standard costing methodologies and processes.

Monitor and analyze production performance, productivity, and cost drivers.

Partner with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to explain cost deviations and propose corrective actions.

Support make-or-buy analysis, capacity utilization analysis, and operational KPIs.
