Senior Specialist, Product Development and Technical Customer Support

to join Fazer Kvarn in Lidköping.

In this role, you will combine hands-on product development with close collaboration across sales, quality, supply chain, production, and customers. You will play an important part in developing sustainable food solutions of the future while supporting our customers with strong technical expertise.

You will lead and implement product development projects from idea to launch, including documentation, product data, specifications, and internal alignment. In addition, you will develop new products and support assortment changes in line with business needs, agreed timelines, and quality requirements.

In addition, you will:

Support the sales team and customers with technical product knowledge, application advice, and product performance insights.

Prepare and provide product, process, supplier, and quality-related information for customers and internal stakeholders.

Contribute to quality-related tasks such as raw material and supplier risk assessments, specifications, complaints handling, and customer questionnaires.

Support logistics team with day-to-day operations.

The role is based in Lidköping reporting to Head of R&D at Fazer Mills. We work mainly on-site collaborating broadly with colleagues in R&D, Quality, Sales, Supply Chain, Production, and international customer interfaces.
