Where you’ll make a difference

Mölnlycke is now looking for a HQ Payroll & Benefits Lead to join our People Services team in Gothenburg. This is a key senior expert role where you will take full ownership of payroll, pensions, and benefits in Sweden. You’ll be the go-to authority in your field, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement—while strengthening the employee experience across the organisation.

In this role, you’ll make an impact by:

Owning end-to-end payroll delivery in Sweden, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness

Acting as Subject Matter Expert in payroll legislation, pensions (e.g. ITP1/ITP2), and benefits

Managing complex payroll cases, audits, and regulatory inquiries

Overseeing pension schemes, benefits structures, and bonus processes (STI/LTI)

Supporting international assignments and relocations

Partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure seamless operations

Driving process optimisation, automation, and continuous improvement

Acting as a senior escalation point and providing functional leadership within the team

You’ll join a collaborative People Services team while operating with a high level of ownership and autonomy as the senior expert in your field.
