About the Role You will help shape a modern, data-driven enterprise platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Commerce. The platform supports multiple products, environments, and stakeholders, which means release governance, traceability, and system integrity are central to the work. In this role, you turn business needs into functional platform solutions, strengthen integrations, and make sure the platform remains stable, secure, and ready for change. You will work in a global retail environment where both business impact and technical complexity are high. Job DescriptionYou will work closely with product teams and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements and translate them into effective D365 F&O and Commerce solutions. You will configure, customize, and support D365 F&O and Commerce modules to match business processes and operational needs. You will support developers and product teams in implementing technical solutions, integrations, and product launches on the platform. You will set up and manage environments across Dev, UAT, BAT, and Prod, and help establish repeatable processes for environment readiness. You will drive seamless integration between D365 F&O and Commerce, products, APIs, and third-party systems. You will troubleshoot incidents and escalated issues, support hypercare activities, and help secure stable day-to-day platform operations.
