We are now looking for a quality engineer for Lind in Bromma, a company that develops and manufactures electric surfboards in its own production. Here you will have a central role in a technology-driven environment with a strong focus on quality, function and continuous improvement.

Lind’s production is based in Bromma, where the team maintains a strong focus on quality, hands-on assembly and technical innovation.

Responsibilities

  • As a Quality Engineer at Lind, you will have a broad and hands-on role, responsible for ensuring and developing quality across both product and production. You will work closely with assembly, development and management in an environment with short decision-making paths and strong collaboration.
  • You will play a key role in building, structuring and improving quality processes in a growing organization. The role combines hands-on work in production with analytical tasks related to follow-up and continuous improvement.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • Ensure product quality in both production and finished products
  • Follow up on deviations and drive improvement actions
  • Work closely with assembly and development teams to solve quality-related issues
  • Develop and improve ways of working, routines and work instructions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within quality and production
  • Participate in prototype work and contribute with a quality perspective in development
  • Support production in quality-related matters and help create structure in daily operations
