Technical Lead, Customer Solutions

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive technical decisions for customer-facing solutions
  • Design and evolve the architecture of the customer portal and APIs
  • Design and evolve data and integration architecture
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and meet quality expectations
  • Lead and manage a team of 2-4 developers
  • Ensure reliable delivery (scope, quality, timelines)
  • Drive technical excellence through code reviews, standards, and managing technical debt
  • Contribute hands-on to development
  • Work closely with product owner and business to shape the roadmap and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Tech stack: Kotlin, Spring, Playwright, Terraform, Azure, SQL Server, React, GitHub
