Responsibilities

  • Development Process:
  • Align all technical information with the development lead.
  • Lead the egineering project team in:
  • Provide necessary information and support in the works for studies (layout, grid connection, RfG requirements, electrical, noise, fire, geotechnical), building permits, and environmental permits, etc.
  • Assist in the engagement with landowners, grid owners, and authorities
  • Conduct value engineering to determine the best technical setup for the project.
  • Transaction Process:
  • Lead the engineering project team in:
  • Compile all necessary technical information for investor processes.
  • Information around the value engineering process
  • Technical requirements in permits and grid connection agreements.
  • Assist in technical discussions during due diligence with investors.

About the role The Technical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all technical topics in a utility-scale BESS projects from development through to FID/RTB, ensuring alignment with other project leads such as development, procurement and transaction. This role involves managing a team of engineers and coordinating technical aspects across all phases of the project lifecycle.
