Enterprise IT (EIT)

is an essential component of the IT organization, supporting Enabling Functions across the enterprise by driving future-state objectives. EIT plays a pivotal role in identifying and leveraging emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), to modernize operations, enhance decision-making, and deliver innovative solutions that drive business value.

The IT Product Line Lead for Workplace Services will partner with global business leaders within Global Workplace and Enterprise Services (GWES) to shape and advance strategies and digital solutions to enable business transformation and operational excellence. This role will drive cross-functional activities and foster collaboration to accelerate divisional and enterprise-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Foster strategic partnership with GWES business colleagues to align the vision and strategy, translating business requirements into actionable digital solutions and intuitive user experiences
  • Drive strategic digital solutions across end-to-end GWES experience in partnership with the Data, Strategy, & Insights (DS&I) organization to modernize and transform the facilities, real estate, building and packaging, smart buildings, guest management, and data and analytics including identifying and implementing automation and AI opportunities to optimize processes, enhance decision-making, and improve operational efficiency
  • Deliver optimal experiences for the defined personas across all digital touchpoints and interaction channels
  • Cultivate strategic vendor partnerships to leverage emerging platform capabilities, co-innovate solutions, and drive transformation by proactively assessing capabilities and aligning with Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities across the enterprise to meet future organizational needs and industry best practices
  • Work with the network of technology partners, architects, and other IT divisions to align business priorities, identify synergies, and explore cross-divisional solution opportunities
  • Maintain a deep understanding of evolving business and technology trends, leveraging an outside-in perspective to proactively identify emerging focus areas and opportunities for technology enablement that drive competitive advantage and business value
  • Champion value realization by ensuring rigorous prioritization of initiatives that maximize investment returns and deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Communicate strategy and facilitate buy-in with key business stakeholders for digital innovation initiatives
  • Manage and coach individuals consisting of direct reports, indirect reports, and external partners
  • Act as a credible change agent to align our investments and roadmaps with the overall business strategy
  • Oversee the Value Team's portfolio of investments, including the development of business cases and follow-up on value realization
  • Drive organizational change and cultivate a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration
  • Champion transparent financial and governance reporting by ensuring timely, complete, and accurate communication of issues, risks, and status updates to all stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making across the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience leading and delivering digital products within a global enterprise environment
  • Technical experience with automation, data, and SaaS applications
  • Leadership skills with proven abilities to set direction, lead and motivate team members and drive organizational change
  • Proven ability to collaborate and lead in a cross-functional environment to achieve shared objectives
  • Strong quantitative skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to guide investment decisions and drive results
  • Exposure to Global Workplace Management applications and technologies, including industry trends
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in synthesizing and tailoring messages to diverse audiences, including senior leaders
