Your Responsibilities
Operations & Daily Flow
You will be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the office by managing non-IT office supplies, coordinating catering and meeting refreshments, and ensuring that the workplace remains organized, functional, and presentable at all times.
Events & Hospitality
The role includes assisting with the planning and coordination of staff events and team activities, making visitor arrangements, and handling practical matters related to premium company merchandise and hospitality.
Facilities & Partnerships
You will act as a contact person for vendors and local service providers, coordinate maintenance
and repair activities, and support office development and facility improvement projects together with external partners.
Local Management Assistant Support
In addition, you will provide administrative and coordination support to local management by
assisting with scheduling, documentation, meeting materials, and internal communication, while helping maintain efficient operational information flow.
What We Expect From You
Previous experience in office management, hospitality, facilities coordination, or a similar role
