About the role

As Senior BDM for Peripherals, you will have end-to-end responsibility for driving long-term and profitable growth across selected accessories vendors and strategic customers. The role is

based in Sweden

within Endpoint Solutions and is characterized by

close and continuous collaboration with our Nordic colleagues

, ensuring a coordinated strategy and maximum business impact across the region.

The role combines

strategic vendor management

with

business development towards key customers

, in close cooperation with sales, marketing, and other internal stakeholders at TD SYNNEX – locally and across the Nordics.

You act as a clear business owner for your area and serve as a key link between vendor strategies, customer needs, and the peripherals business.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the strategic business plan for selected peripherals and accessories vendors
  • Develop and strengthen partnerships with strategic customers in close collaboration with the sales organization
  • Work closely with Nordic colleagues to ensure alignment, knowledge sharing, and joint initiatives
  • Secure growth, profitability, and market share within your responsibility area
  • Lead vendor business planning, QBRs, campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Identify new business opportunities, portfolio development, and growth areas within peripherals
  • Act as a trusted advisor internally and externally on portfolio, positioning, and commercial setup
  • Collaborate closely with marketing on MDF, activities, and demand generation
  • Take a leading role in major deals, tenders, and complex customer engagements
  • We are looking for someone who
  • Has solid experience in
  • Business Development, vendor management, or strategic sales
  • , preferably within IT, peripherals, or adjacent technology areas
  • Is comfortable working both strategically and operationally with clear commercial ownership
  • Has a proven ability to develop senior-level vendor relationships
  • Is confident engaging with large customers and senior decision-makers
  • Is analytical, structured, and experienced in working with business plans, KPIs, and follow-up
  • Is relationship-driven, commercially minded, and self-motivated
  • Has experience working in a
  • Nordic or international matrix organisation
  • Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
