This role would suit a senior HR or People Relations professional with deep, current knowledge of UK Employment Law, including TUPE, redundancy,
discrimination
and case law developments.
You’ll
bring strong consultancy skills, the ability to influence at senior and executive level, and the confidence to challenge thinking while proposing pragmatic, legally sound people solutions. Experience of delivering strategic people projects,
operating
in complex
environments
and balancing reactive casework with proactive project delivery is essential.
