About the Role You will play a key role in shaping and developing a modern client management environment with a strong focus on Intune, Windows, and secure workplace services. In this role, you will help create a stable, scalable, and well-governed setup for computers and mobile devices while continuously evaluating how new platform capabilities can improve the user environment. You will work across both daily operations and long-term development. That means combining hands-on support and troubleshooting with planning, design, and continuous improvement of device management, application deployment, and policy implementation. You will collaborate closely with end users and other IT teams to understand needs, solve problems, and strengthen the overall client platform. Job DescriptionYou will deliver, manage, and further develop the Intune environment and related client management services. You will package and deploy applications, updates, and operating systems to client devices. You will monitor, handle, and follow up on support cases related to client installations, workstations, and other IT equipment. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues connected to client management, devices, and workplace services. You will develop and implement policies and procedures that strengthen security and integrity in the client environment. You will contribute to planning, designing, and delivering the future Windows workplace. You will collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth integrati
