About the Role You will step into a broad HR role where strategy and day-to-day business support meet. In this position, you help leaders turn business priorities into practical people plans for the Swedish organization and an international business line. You work closely with managers, global HR functions, union representatives and support teams, with a clear focus on performance, capability, culture and employee experience. The role spans the full HR spectrum. You support organizational development, change, talent and succession work, and make sure local ways of working are aligned with global frameworks. At the same time, you play an important part in labor law compliance, work environment matters and union dialogue. Job DescriptionYou translate business priorities into people strategies and concrete HR initiatives. You coach leaders in areas such as performance, development, conflict management, employee relations and change. You lead or support consultations and negotiations with unions under Swedish labor law, including MBL and LAS. You drive workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and capability development. You coordinate annual HR processes such as performance management, salary review, talent reviews and engagement follow-up. You analyze workforce data and HR KPIs to provide insights and recommendations to leadership. You support organizational development through role design, team effectiveness and cultural initiatives. You help implement and adapt global HR frame
