Responsibilities
- We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Platform Engineer with strong expertise in OpenShift (on-premises and Azure cloud) to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, migrating, and automating platform and application workloads on OpenShift.
- The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing large-scale, mission-critical Kubernetes environments and a passion for building reliable, scalable, and secure platform solutions.
- Design, implement, and manage OpenShift clusters across on-premises and Azure environments
- Lead platform modernization, migration, and transformation initiatives to OpenShift
- Automate deployment, scaling, and lifecycle management of applications and infrastructure
- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of Kubernetes/OpenShift environments
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and automation scripts
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across container platforms
- Implement and enforce security, compliance, and operational best practices
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to optimize application deployment
