Senior Associate, Sales Analysis & POS Planning

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects related to repacked products and display materials, ensuring smooth execution
  • Support the internal “One List” process, including promotional SKU creation and maintenance
  • Work with Marketing and external suppliers to manage POS material production and distribution
  • Prepare regular and ad‑hoc sales reports, analyses, and presentations
  • Maintain sales databases, listing data sheets, and related documentation
  • Support Sales Managers with insights on business performance and execution
  • Track timelines, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure promotional activities are delivered on time
  • Contribute to cross‑functional projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Experience You’ll Bring
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
  • Experience working with data, reporting, or commercial processes in a fast‑paced environment (FMCG experience is an advantage)
