You will be part of the service organization for ABB Motion Service, in Västerås. We provide service to the global installed base of high voltage rotating machines. At ABB, we are proud to offer you an environment where we value personal and professional development.

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a customer-focused and collaborative Technical Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support to local service units, external customers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism in every interaction.

Provide technical support to local service units, external customers, and internal teams

Handle warranty cases for factory products, including technical investigations and root cause analysis

Manage and follow up on support cases in a shared case management system

Ensure cases and projects are handled in a structured, professional, and high-quality manner

Deliver clear and effective communication from both a technical and customer perspective

Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements

  • A couple of years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience from a technical field, preferably within electrical machines
  • Strong team player with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to identify and implement better ways of working to improve customer service and efficiency
  • Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering high service levels
  • Good communication skills in both Swedish and English
  • Experience with SAP is considered an advantage
  • Positive attitude and ability to contribute to a collaborative and
