Your Responsibilities
We are looking for a customer-focused and collaborative Technical Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support to local service units, external customers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism in every interaction.
Provide technical support to local service units, external customers, and internal teams
Handle warranty cases for factory products, including technical investigations and root cause analysis
Manage and follow up on support cases in a shared case management system
Ensure cases and projects are handled in a structured, professional, and high-quality manner
Deliver clear and effective communication from both a technical and customer perspective
Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team
