Junior Brand Designer

Join our in-house brand team as a Junior Brand Designer and help bring our global brand to life across digital, web, social, and marketing channels. In this role, you'll create clear, engaging, and high-quality visual assets that support our fast-moving teams and strengthen a consistent brand experience. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, web, and product stakeholders, turning ideas and briefs into polished design work while growing your skills in a creative, supportive, and international environment.

Role overviewDesign producer responsible for supporting day-to-day visual design needs across the brand.

Translate brand guidelines into clear, consistent, high-quality design outputs.

Work closely with marketing, web, product, and other internal stakeholders to deliver design assets quickly and reliably.

Part of a small in-house brand team, collaborating closely on maintaining and evolving the Aiven brand.

Able to manage own projects and prioritize tasks independently.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with different stakeholders in marketing, web and product.

Clear communicator who can handle feedback and iterate quickly.
