Job Description

The HR Content Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the

accuracy, governance, audit readiness, and ongoing maintenance of regional/country‑specific HR knowledge and compliance content

. This role partners closely with

Global HR Knowledge Owners, Regional Knowledge Managers, Country Publishing Leads, HR COEs, Legal, HR Solutions and Compliance teams

to ensure that HR knowledge content articles remain

current, compliant, searchable, and AI‑ready

across all supported countries.

The role plays a critical part in

risk mitigation

regulatory adherence

, and

operational excellence

by overseeing country knowledge lifecycle management, supporting local and global audits, and ensuring alignment between global standards and local regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Country HR Knowledge Management
  • Own and maintain
  • country‑specific HR knowledge content
  • , ensuring alignment with global HR standards while accurately reflecting
  • local labor laws, regulatory requirements, translations standards and country practices
  • .
  • Partner with
  • Country Publishing Leads (CPLs), HR COEs, and regional stakeholders
  • to create, review, approve, publish, and retire HR knowledge articles.
  • Ensure HR knowledge content is
  • clear, actionable, searchable, and consistently structured
  • according to HR knowledge governance standards.
  • Coordinate timely updates to knowledge content following
  • policy changes, regulatory updates, audit findings, or process changes

  • Audit & Compliance Support
  • Serve as a key HR contact for
  • knowledge content
  • related to HR policies, procedures, translations & AI Readiness Guidelines.
  • Perform regular
  • knowledge audits and health checks
  • to validate accuracy, compliance, and completeness of country-level HR content & measure effectiveness and user satisfaction through data & analytics.
  • Track, document, and remediate
  • audit findings, gaps, and corrective actions
  • related to HR knowledge and documentation.
  • Maintain clear
  • audit trails, version history, approvals, and documentation evidence
  • in line with governance expectations.
  • Governance & Quality Assurance
  • Enforce
  • HR knowledge governance frameworks
  • , including standards for content creation, review cycles, approvals, translations, and retirements.
  • Monitor knowledge KPIs (e.g., content freshness, audit findings, usage, and quality indicators) and escalate risks as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen
  • knowledge quality, compliance, and AI readiness
  • across regions and countries.
  • Stakeholder Partnership & Enablement
  • Act as a liaison between
  • HR Operations, HR Solutions, Legal, Compliance, COEs & cross-functional partners (i.e., IT, Finance)
  • to resolve country‑specific issues and questions while adhering to established standards and consistency where applicable.
  • Provide guidance and support to
  • CPLs and HR knowledge contributors
  • on knowledge standards, audit expectations, and compliance requirements.
  • Support onboarding and enablement of new country stakeholders within the HR knowledge ecosystem.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Experience supporting
  • multi‑country or global HR organizations
  • .
  • Familiarity with
  • ServiceNow Knowledge
  • , HR case management, or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Experience supporting
  • AI chatbots, copilots, or agent‑based HR service models.
  • Background in global HR operations, shared services, or HR transformation initiatives.  Project Management mindset and abilities would be valuable.
  • Familiarity with content analytics, search optimization, and user experience measurement.
