We are seeking a Project Manager, Supply Chain Development, to lead our Industrial Engineering function at our Tampere factory. In this role, you will play a central part in product development projects by driving and overseeing all supply chain-related activities.

You will coordinate cross-functional efforts spanning new product design, production ramp-up, procurement, and logistics. Safety, quality, and productivity will be at the core of all development work. Leading a team of experts, you will ensure that assigned projects and targets are delivered within the agreed scope, schedule, and objectives, in close collaboration with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee supply chain activities within product development projects
  • Coordinate supply chain inputs across product design, production ramp-up, procurement, and logistics
  • Ensure safety, quality, and productivity are embedded in all development initiatives
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Industrial Engineering team
  • Continuously improve tools, processes, and ways of working to ensure on-time delivery and target achievement
  • Collaborate closely with engine
